Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cups buckwheat groats
- 1/4 cup quinoa seeds
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1/3 cup finely diced red onion
- Dressing
- 2 TBSP pure maple syrup
- 2 TBSP red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- pinch of salt

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the water, buckwheat groats and quinoa in a small saucepan, bring to a boil. reduce to simmer, cover and cook for 15 min. Cool
Heat the walnuts in a saute pan, cool slightly, chop. Set aside
Place grains, broccoli, walnuts, red onion in a bowl.
Whisk the dressing ingredients together
Toss all together
