Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup mayo
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup catsup
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon onion salt
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 1 (4 oz.) package blue cheese, crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

Beat all ingredients except blue cheese in mixer on low speed until smooth and creamy. Fold in blue cheese. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Dressing will keep up to two weeks refrigerated.
