Ingredients
- single chicken breast,boned,skinned and halved
- fresh spinach leaves
- dill weed
- eta cheese
- filo paper
- melted butter,like warm

Preparation
Step 1
Keep butter slightly warm and get filo paper ready,covered with plastic wrap so it doesn't dry out
Brush one sheet with melted butter(I dampened my hands with a little butter and smear gently across the paper)
Cut the sheet lengthwiseinto 3" strips
Place a piece of chicken on one of the strip
Cover with 1 or 2 spinach leaves
Sprinkle 1 tsp feta cheese and dill to taste
Place another spinach leaf on top
Fold filo paper over the filling,enclosing from side to side,right to left,lengthwise to form a triangular package
Continue with the rest of the chicken
Place on a greased cookie sheet
Brush with more butter if the packages start to dry out
BAKE CHICKEN UNCOVERED IN PRE-HEATED
OVEN AT 375 for 25-30 min
