Cheese Puff Pie

Ingredients

• 1 can crescent rolls
• 1 8-oz package Brown & Serve sausage
• 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
• 4 slices American cheese or provolone
• 3 egg yolks
• 1/2 tsp salt
• dash of pepper
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup flour
• 3 egg whites, whipped

Preparation

Step 1

Line a 9" pie plate with crescent rolls. Slice sausage, place on crust and top with tomatoes and cheese.

Combine egg yolks, salt and pepper, sour cream, and flour with whipped egg whites and pour over pie.

Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes.
