  • 3 cups uncooked long grain rice
  • 1/4 cup dried parsley flakes
  • 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
  • 2 teaspoons onion powdeR
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together all ingredients. Place 1 cup mixture into each of 3 airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place. Bring 2 cups water and 1 tablespoon butter or margarine to a boil in a saucepan, stir in rice mix. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
