Ingredients
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 pkg frozen spinach, thawed
- 1 (1-ounce) envelope fat free Ranch dressing mix
- 1 can (8-ounce)water chestnuts, chopped
- 3-5 lb loaf of rye bread, round or oval shaped

Step 1
Combine sour cream, spinach, dressing mix and water chestnuts. Hollow out the bread (reserve center to portion to thinly slice for the dip). Just before serving, put dip mixture into the bread bowl. Serve with the sliced rye bread trimmings and crackers.
