Ingredients
- PATE (even people who don't like liver will like this one):
- 1 8-oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 8-oz. braunsweiger (liverwurst) with bacon
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped

- CORNED BEEF SPREAD
- 1 8-oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 pkgs. Brundig shredded corned beef (can use ham too)
- 1-2 TB. horseradish

- CHEESE SPREAD
- 1 8-oz. cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 sm. can diced mild chili peppers
- Creole salt

- CREOLE MUSTARD / DILL DIP
- 1/2 c. Creole mustard (coarse, spicy)
- 1/2 c. sour cream (ok - no cream cheese)
- 1-3 TB. dried dillweed
- VEGGIES to dip

The Mustard-Dill Dip is actually a sauce, that I got at a cooking class at Mr. Stox many years ago. It's really a sauce for salmon, and I always use it when we have BBQ salmon!

CHRISTMAS VEGGIE PLATTER
Use the Mustard-Dill Dip and surround with BROCCOLI, a little cauliflower, and some CHERRY TOMATOES. It will look like a wreath, with holly berries
