Ingredients
- Seasoning:
- 1-10 -12 pound turkey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon accent
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/4 cup water
- a few stalks of celery

Step 1
Wash turkey inside and out thoroughly. Remove all pin feathers that may have been left on the turkey. Place turkey in roasting pan, add seasoning mixture, then celery stalks and water. Cover turkey. If the roasting pan doesn't have its own lid, use aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 3-4 hours. Turkey is done when you can easily stick a fork inside and it is golden brown.
