Meatloaf mix ground
Ground chicken
I jar trader joes marinara sauce
Sautéed onions
Grated garlic (2)
Mixed vegs Carrots peas broccoli
Mushrooms
Make mashed potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté onions with butter in microwave 2 minutes
Brown meat breaking into pieces
Add onions, garlic, sauce
Put into pan
Top with mashed potatoes
Bake in oven 350 for 45 minutes
