Ingredients

2 cups mashed potatoes
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tablespoons flour
Sautéed onions in butter in microwave 1 minute

Preparation

Step 1

Mix mashed potatoes adding onions, garlic,flour, and eggs
Heat pan with 1tbl oil and 1 tablespoons butter
Using ice cream scoop place 1 scoop per pancake in oil (300 degrees)
Golden on one side then turn till golden on other side
