Ingredients
- 1 T butter
- 12 onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 large carrots, chopped
- 4 celery stalks, chopped
- 8 cups chicken stock or broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 rotisserie chicken
- Noodles
- 1 t pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Sauté garlic and onion in a 5 qt. Dutch oven over medium heat
Add carrots and celery, cook for 5 min
Add stock/broth and water, bring to a simmer
Add shredded chicken and 2 handfuls of noodles of choice
Simmer until noodles are done
Add pepper and stir
