Monique's Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 stick butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• Sugar Mix
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 stick butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl and add to above.

Grease and flour a loaf pan.

Put half of dough in pan, cover with half of sugar mixture, top with rest of dough and other half of sugar mixture. Melt 1/2 stick of butter.
Poke holes with wooden spoon and pour butter on top.

Bake 325 for 50 to 60 minutes.
