  • Optional:
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can refried beans, fat free
  • 1 small jar salsa (your choice)
  • 1 (2 c) bag of shredded cheese (Mexican, taco or cheddar blend)
  • 1 large bag tortilla chips
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • Extra Salsa

Preparation

Step 1

Combine beans and salsa in a bowl. Spread evenly in a pie or quiche plate. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve warm with chips, sour cream, guacamole and extra salsa.
