Ingredients
- 1/2 -inch pat of butter
- 10 dasher Tobasco sauce
- 1/3 cup Worchestershire sauce
- 4 cups pecans, shelled
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Melt butter on low heat. Pour into a bow all but the milky part of the melted butter. Add Tobasco and Worchestershire sauces and mix well. Add pecans and stir so that all nuts are well coated with butter. Put on a cookie sheet and heat at 270 degrees F for 15 minutes. Stir, salt and return to oven until nuts are crisp. Watch the last few minutes of the baking period (they will burn very fast)
Cool and stor in a covered container.
