Ingredients
- Peanut Sauce:
- 1 pound chicken breast, , cubed
- PROCESS UNTIL SMOOTH: then marinade chicken for at least 4 hours
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chinese-style chili sauce or 1 small red chili pepper seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped coriander
- 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame or vegetable oil
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
