Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground thyme

Preparation
Step 1
Cut each chicken breast half into 2 to 3 finger length pieces.
Melt butter in small saucepan.
Combine next 5 ingredients in small bowl. Stir well. Dip each chicken piece into butter then coat with crumb mixture. Place on greased foil-lined baking sheet.
Bake in 400 oven for 25 - 30 minutes. Turn halfway. Bake until golden brown and no pink remains inside.
