Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast, halved
- 4 ounces Swiss cheese slices
- 4 ounces ham slices
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon tarragon
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup cornflake crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Place breasts between 2 sheets of plastic wrap. Pound to flatten. Arrange a slice of cheese and ham on each breast. Fold short sides over filling and roll up from the long side to completely enclose filling. Roll each in flour seasoned with salt, pepper and tarragon. Dip in beaten eggs. Coat with cornflake crumbs.
Arrange rolls in a circle on a plate. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake until done.
