Ingredients
- 1/4 cup light (not non-fat) sour cream
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 cup fine cracker crumbs, such as Breton or Ritz
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Stir sour cream and milk together. Combine cracker crumbs, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.; Pat chicken dry. Dip in sour cream mixture, then in crumbs, pressing to coat. Arrange on greased baking sheet. Drizzle 1 teaspoon butter over each breast.
Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes.
