Ingredients

• 1/4 cup pancake mix
• 4 eggs separated
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp maple syrup
• 3 tablespoons melted butter cooled
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1/2 cup heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

Whip egg whites till almost stiff add cream of tartar and continue whipping till stiff
Mix egg yolks sugar , then add syrup, vanilla, butter, cream
Add baking powder to pancake mix
Slowly while sifting add pancake mix to egg mixture
Slowly and carefully fold in egg white
Heat pan to 275-300
