Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
- 2 tea. chopped klamata olives
- 2 tea. chopped black olives
- 2 tea. chopped green olives
- 2 Tbsp. capers
- 1 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon zest
- 1 5-oz. can undrained tuna in oil

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except tuna, blend well. Gently fold in tuna with oil.
Serve immediately or refrigerate. Remove 15 minutes from refrigerator before serving.
