Ingredients

  • 1 lb. elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup non-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup whole grain Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced green pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced red pepper
  • 1 `/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 12-oz. can solid white albacore tuna in water
  • garlic and pepper

Step 1

Drain and rinse cooked pasta in cold water. Mix yogurt and mustard until well blended. Add garlic salt and pepper to taste. Add celery, peppers, onion and pasta to dressing mix. Gently fold in tuna.
