Ingredients
- 4 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
- Leaves from 4 sprigs of oregano
- Leaves from 4 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 1 handful fresh flat-leaf parsley, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 c EVOO
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 lg loaf country or Portugese bread

Preparation
Step 1
1. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill or heat oven to 350F.
2. Combine garlic, oregano, thyme, and parsley in a bowl.
3. Pour in oil, season with salt & pepper, and mix with a spoon.
4. Cut a slit down the middle of the loaf of bread, pour the garlic oil into the pocket, pressing w/the back of a spoon to get the flavors into the bread.
5. Wrap bread in aluminum foil and place on grill or in oven until the outside of the bread is nice and crusty, about 5 minutes.
6. Unwrap bread and tear by hand into pieces for serving.
