Ingredients
- Icing:
- 3 sticks butter, softened
- 3 c sugar
- 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 tsp lemon extract
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 eggs
- 4 c all purpose flour, sifted
- 1 stick butter
- 1 (3oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 box powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Cream first 3 ingredients and add extracts.
Add alternately eggs and flour.
Continue in mix until smooth.
If you wish to marble-ize cake take a small amount of batter out and mix in 2-3 tsp cocoa. Swirl this bake into the batter once the cake is in the tube pan.
Grease and flour a tube pan, Pour batter into pan and drop pan several times from about 6 inches to remove any air bubbles. Bake at 325* for 1 1/2 hours. Cool.
Blend icing until smooth and spread over cake.
