Ingredients
- 1/4 c dry roasted peanuts, finely chopped
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 c creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 1 (16.5 oz) pkg Pillsbury Create 'n bake refrigerated peanut butter cookies, well chilled

Preparation
Step 1
Mix nuts, sugar and cinnamon, set aside.
Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until well blended.
Shape mixture into 24 (1 inch)balls.
Cut roll of cookie dough into 12 slices. Cut each slice in half crosswise to male 24 pieces. Flatten slightly. Shape 1 cookie dough piece around 1 peanut butter ball, covering completely. Roll each ball in peanut mix, pat gently so that they stick well.
Place on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Sprat bottom of glass with cooking spray and flatten to 1/4 inch thickness. Sprinkle with remaining peanut mix.
Bake at 375* for 7-12 minutes or until edges are golden, Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet. Store in airtight container.
