Ingredients

• 1 (18 ounce) boxes lemon cake mix
• 1 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant pineapple pudding
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup oil
• 1 (10 ounce) bottles 7-Up soda
• 2 eggs
• 1 (8 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, undrained
• 1/2-1 cup butter or 1/2-1 cup margarine
• 1 cup coconut

Step 1

Directions

Mix all cake ingredients together and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

Mix all icing ingredients together and cook over medium heat until thick.

Pour over cake while still hot.
