Ingredients
- Cream Cheese Icing:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- Milk, substitute for water in cake mix
- 2 tbs cocoa
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 2 eggs, or amount cake mix requires
- 1 oz red food coloring
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 stick butter
- 1 box(1 lb) powdered sugar
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 1 tbs milk

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare cake mix as directed except for substitution of milk.
Add other ingredients. Pour into 2 8inch or 9x13 well greased and floured pans. Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes. Cool.
Mix all ingredients for icing, If too thick add an extra tsp of milk.
