Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil, margarine or butter, melted
- 1-3/4 cups milk
- 1 tbsp. granulated or brown sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat waffle baker.
2. Beat eggs with wire wisk or hand beater in medium bowl until fluffy. Beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth.
3. Pour about 2/3 cups batter onto center of hot waffle baker. Bake about 5 minutes or until desired doneness.
