Cakes: Grandmother's Holiday Cake

Ingredients

• 2 sticks butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup skim milk
• 6 eggs
• 1 small package Angel Flake Coconut
• 1 cup nts
• 1 12 oz box vanilla wafers

Preparation

Step 1

Add sugar to butter
Add eggs one at a time
Add milk then vanilla wafers and coconut
Bake at 275 degrees for 1 1/2 - 2 hours
