Ingredients
- Cake
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 ripe mashed bananas
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 tsps. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Topping
- 1 pkg. (175 grams) chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Grease 9" X 13" baking pan.
Melt butter and then add sugar, eggs and bananas and mix well. Combine baking soda with sour cream and mix well. Combine flour, salt and baking powder. Add flour mixture to butter mixture, alternating with sour cream, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Stir in vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine chocolate chips, brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread half the batter into pan and sprinkle with half of the topping. Spread the other half of batter and the sprinkle with the rest of the topping.
Bake 40-60 minutes or until tests done.
