Bisquick Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are some of the easiest, most delicious chocolate chip cookies I have ever made! I had already mixed the dough and had it on cookie sheets ready to bake before my oven was even preheated. The Bisquick makes these cookies so soft and chewy!

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
• 1 cup light brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 egg
• 2 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and egg. Fold in Bisquick baking mix. Stir in chocolate chips. Roll dough into 1" balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
