Quick Fruit Cobbler

This is the perfect use for too-soft fruit (summer and winter). I made a small one nearly every day in the summer for Beth!

Ingredients
- Fruit Filling:
- 2 c. seasonal sliced fruit/berries
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/8 c. cornstarch
- dash cinnamon
- Crust Topping:
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 3 Tb. sugar
- 2 Tb. softened butter
- dash cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Spray a small oven-proof casserole pan with Pam. Put filling ingredients in pan and microwave for 2-min. increments (covered), stirring after each, until fruit is well softened and combined.
Crust: Mix all ingredients with a fork until crumbly. Drop on top of fruit topping.
Bake at 375 for 15-20 min.
