Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 cup cucumbers, chopped
- 1/4 cup green or orange or red peppers, cut in small pieces
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or other fresh herb such as dill

Step 1
Stir everything together. Grind black pepper over it. Best on top of sliced in-season tomatoes. Otherwise, you could add cherry tomatoes
