Grilled Ham and Cheese Country Toasts

Ingredients
- 12 slices baguette bread
- 1/2 c apricot preserves
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 1/3 lb. ham
- 12 potato chips
- 1 red apple (cored and sliced thin)
- 1/3 lb. cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Lightly toast both sides of baguette on grill.
To assemble: Spread preserves and mustard on one side of toast. Top each with ham, cheese, chip and apple. Add toast to grill and cook over indirect heat until cheese is melted. (1-2 minutes)
Serve immediately
