Ingredients
- 16 oz. steamable bag broccoli florets, steamed and mashed a bit
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded Pepper Jack Cheese, divided
- 3/4 cup shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 large cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red pepper
- pinch of salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all of the ingredients well in a large mixing bowl, reserving 1/2 cup of the Pepper Jack Cheese.
Place the mixture in a lightly sprayed small casserole dish and top with the remaining Pepper Jack Cheese.
Bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top is browned around the edges and bubbly.
Let cool a bit and serve hot, warm or room temperature with toasted breads, crackers, pretzels, etc.
