  • 4 - 6 pounds of white seedless grapes
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (you can cut carbs and use Splenda if you want)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pure almond extract
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup toasted slices almonds (or any nuts of your choosing)

Step 1

Thoroughly wash and dry your grapes. Pull grapes off of stems and place in a large bowl. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and extracts with a mixer. When smooth, pour over grapes and gently stir until all the grapes are covered.

Mix brown sugar, coconut, and almonds. (I like to toast the almonds first to add flavor and texture. Crush sliced almonds into bits and then microwave on a paper plate for 30 second intervals until lightly browned.) Crumble mixture over grapes and cover and refridgerate until time to serve.

Please note: It is best to make this the day of as it can get a bit watery sitting overnight.
