Ingredients
- For the water melon shots:
- 1/4 medium water melon
- 10 small leaves fresh mint
- 1 melon scoop, 1/4" diameter
- To finish:
- 10 greaseproof paper cornets
- 10 small leaves fresh mint

Preparation
Step 1
For the water melon shots:
1. Use a small melon scoop to make water melon balls that are ¼" in diameter.
2. Drain thoroughly to remove any excess water and spread on a tray lined with greaseproof paper. Make sure that they do not touch.
3. Freeze at -53ºF.
Note: the sugar in the water melon will give a crunch and frozen texture to the shots.
Final Steps & Preparation:
1. Serve the water melon shots with a small mint leaf in a paper cornet.
