- 3/4 c. sesame oil
- 1 1/2 T. sugar
- 1 t. ginger
- 3 T. rice wine vinegar
- 1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1 T. crushed red pepper, adjust to taste, not much
- Ingredients:
- 2-4 c. julienned carrots, blanched
- 1 c. thinly sliced green onions
- 3/4 c. toasted sesame seeds
- 4 c. shredded cooked chidken
- 1 lb. vermicelli pasta, cooked and cooled
- 2 c. snow peas, blanched
