Ingredients
- 1 large can tuna, drained and flaked into a mixing bowl
- 1/2 cup chopped onion or scallions
- 1/2 cup chopped celery (for fiber and crunch)
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 to 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- mayonnaise (or plain yogurt for a Middle Eastern touch as well as better nutrition -- to make the yogurt less sour, blend in a bit of honey)
