Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes Lipton herb & garlic soup mix
  • 6 tbsp water
  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 large red potatoes,cubed
  • 1 large onion, halved and cut into wedges

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a small bowl, combine soup mix and water; pour half into a large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken. Seal bag and toss to coat. Pour remaining soup mix in another resealable bag. Add potatoes and onion. Seal bag and toss to coat.

2. Drain and discard marinade from chicken. Transfer to a greased 13"x19" baking dish. Pour potato mixture with marinade over chicken.

3. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 40-45 mins or until vegetables are tender and meat thermometer reads 170 degrees, stirring vegetables occasionally.
