Ingredients
- 1 1 1 cam evaporated milk
- 2 2 2 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 8 1 8 1 8 oz. box cream cheese
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1 1 tsp. vanilla
- bottom layer;
- 18 18 18 graham crackers
- 1 1 1 cup butter
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cups sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Chill 1 can evaporated milk in freezer till icy. Dissolve 2 packages lemon jello in 1 cup hot water. Add one 8 oz. box cream cheese and beat in 1/2 cup sugar & 1 tsp. vanilla. Chill till begins to set. Whip icy milk till slightly thick. Beat into thickened jello mixture. Pour into graham cracker crust in 9x13 glass dish. Cover and refrigerate.
18 crackers = 1 1/4 cups crumbs
20 crackers = 1 1/2 cups crumbs
