Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups quick cooking oats
- 2 cups rice krispies
- 1 cup flaked coconut

Step 1
Preheat oven 350. In large bowl, cream shortening and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in he oats, cereal and coconut.
Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inch apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 7-9 minutes until golden brown.
