Ingredients
- 2 c hash browns
- 4 oz cheese
- 1/2 c lightly steamed shredded carrots
- 1/2 c lightly steamed, broccoli crowns
- 1/3 c chopped onion
- 1/2 c sliced mushrooms
- 2 T finely chopped green onions
- 1 c liquid egg substitute
- 1/2 c skim milk
- 1 T horseradish
- 1 t salt (optional)
- pepper to taste
- dill to taste

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Spray 9-10" pie plate with cooking spray.
Place hashbrowns in pie plate; spray the top with cooking spray. Bake crust 20 minutes.
Saute carrots, broccoli, onions and mushrooms until just tender.
Mix egg substitute with milk, salt, pepper, dill, horseradish, and green onion.
Remove crust from oven; add cheese, vegetables, and egg mixture.
Reduce oven temperature to 350F and continue to bake 20 minutes or until center is done. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
