  • 3 c.(750ml) coarsely shredded green cabbage
  • 1 c.(250ml) coarsely shredded red cabbage
  • 1 c.(250ml) sliced celery
  • 1 pkg. (227g) light swiss cheese
  • 1/4 c(50ml) each chopped green onion & parsley
  • 1/2 c(125ml) mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c(125ml) sour cream
  • salt and pepper\

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl combine red and green cabbage, celery,grated swiss cheese, onion and parsley.

Mix together mayonnaise and sour cream. Add to cabbage mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Refigerate for 1hour to allow flavors to blend.
