Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 11 oz mandarin oranges, undrained
- 3 egg whites or 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- Frosting
- 1 tub cool whip
- 1 regular size crushed pineapple
- 1 box vanilla pudding

Preparation
Step 1
Drain juice from oranges and reserve. Beat together cake mix, reserved orange juice, egg whites and applesauce. Fold in oranges and pour into a 9x13 inch cake pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. For frosting mix cool whip, pudding, and pineapple drained well into cool whip. Sprinkle dry pudding onto mixture and mix.
