Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sorghum flour
- 1/4 cup teff flour
- 1/2 cup potato starch
- 1/2 cup tapioca starch
- 1/2 cup white rice flour
- 1/4 cup sweet rice flour
- 1 1/2 tsp xantham gum
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp milk

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix together dry ingredients
3. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla & milk. Add dry ingredients.
4. Chill dough for 30 minutes
5. Roll dough in balls, flatten slightly with a fork and bake for 7 - 8 minutes on a greased cookie sheet.
