Ingredients

  • 2 center-cut pork chops
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 3 medium yukon potatoes cut into large pieces
  • 3 tablespoons steak sauce or 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ⁄4 cup butter
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 1 small head cabbage, rough chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Step 1

brown pork chops in pressure cooker on both sides in 1/2 of the butter then salt and pepper well.

Remove from pressure cooker

Add remaining butter and saute onion.
Then add in cabbage and potatoes

Place pork chops on top.

Mix mushroom soup, water and steak sauce or wocestershire sauce. Pour over top.

Put lid on and lock, set manual for 15 minutes.

When time is up use regular release method and when you are ready, use release valve if pressure still remains.
