Jan's Molded Shrimp Spread

Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 c. celery, finely chopped
- 8 oz. shrimp, finely chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- a little chopped green onion
Preparation
Step 1
Mix soup, cream cheese & gelatin, and heat until smooth. Cool a little bit. Add rest of ingredients and put into a rinsed mold (the fresh rinse water will keep it from sticking) and refrigerate until firm. Unmold onto plate and serve with crackers.
Can substitute cream of celery soup and crab
