Ingredients

  • One 17.6 oz. package brownie mix with walnuts
  • Three 6 oz, symphony candy bars with almonds and toffee chips.

Preparation

Step 1

. Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions.
2. Line a 13x9 in. cake pan with aluminum foil and spray with vegetable oil cooking spray. Spoon in half of the brownie batter and smooth with a spatula or the back of a spoon. Place the candy bars side by side on top of the batter. Cover with the remaining batter.
3. Bake according to package directions. Let cool completely, then lift from the pan using the edges of the foil. This makes it easy to cut the brownies into squares.

Makes 24 large or 48 small brownies

Slightly warm a 2 x 2 inch square for 10 seconds in the microwave. Serve with a scoop of french vanilla ice cream, fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint.
