Ingredients

  • 4 small tomatoes, chopped
  • One 3.8 oz. can sliced black olives, drained
  • One 4 oz. can green chillies, chopped
  • 4 green onions, white and green parts, chopped
  • 1 package Good Seasons salad dressing mix, prepared according to package directions
  • One 8 oz. package shredded Mexican cheese(Monterey Jack, Cheddar, and other mild cheeses combined; available in mot supermarkets in the dairy/cheese section)
  • Corn chip scoops (like Fritos Scoops)

Step 1

In a medium glass bowl, combine the tomatoes, olives, chilies, green onions, and dressing. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Just before serving, stir in the cheese. Serve with corn chip scoops.
