Ingredients

  • 3/4 c soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp onion, minced
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 3/4 c brown sugar
  • if serving to a large crowd double the recipe
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • bacon, 6 -8 slices

Preparation

Step 1

Cut pork tenderloin in half then sear in a pan with the 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, until golden brown, about 2 -3 minutes per side.

Wrap tenderloin in bacon.

In a small bowl mix soya sauce, onion, garlic, vinegar, salt pepper and brown sugar, stirring until sugar is well mixed. Set aside.

Place bacon wrapped tenderloin in crock pot and pour liquid over top. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator.

Cook all day (7-8 hours) on low.
